We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The refund request must be submitted through our official channels (see the "How to Request a Refund" section below).
You must be the original purchaser of the course. Refunds are not available for courses received as gifts unless the original purchaser makes the request.
What We Refund
Our refund policy covers:
Individual Course Purchases: Full refund of the course purchase price within the 7-day period.
Bundle Purchases: Full refund of the bundle purchase price within the 7-day period. Note that partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
How to Request a Refund

Email Details: In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The name of the course(s) you wish to refund
- The date of purchase
- The main reason for the refund request
- Note: You have to send this email from the email address used for purchase
Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
Your access to the course content will be revoked immediately.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Digital Products
All our courses are digital products delivered online. There are no physical products or shipments involved. As such, our refund policy is specifically designed for digital content and online learning experiences.
Abuse of Refund Policy
We trust our users to use our refund policy in good faith. However, we reserve the right to decline refund requests or suspend accounts if we detect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses
- Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
- Completing a course in its entirety before requesting a refund
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the refund policy
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our sole discretion. This may include cases where:
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing course content for a significant period
- Course content significantly differs from what was advertised
- You purchased a bundle and only wish to keep certain courses (handled on a case-by-case basis)
Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
Gift Purchases
If you purchased a course as a gift for someone else, you (the original purchaser) must request the refund. The recipient of the gift cannot request a refund unless they have access to the original purchase information.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. If exchange rates have fluctuated between the purchase date and refund date, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge in your local currency.
